Jacob came to our organization, assessed the situation and was very transparent about what needed to be done and if it could be done in a timely matter. Sent an electronic invoice later that evening, and stayed in constant contact about what we could expect. Lone Star Electric was able to come out the next business day and install the outlets needed.
